I'm a Canadian-Irish filmmaker, writer, and actor drawn to stories that live in the space between reality and the surreal.

My work blends emotion, movement, and unexpected humour - shaped by my roots in stand-up comedy and improv. Whether I’m exploring trauma, identity, or healing through the body, I like to keep things honest, a little weird, and deeply human.

I create original films and performances that center women’s voices, often mixing genres like horror, magical realism, and coming-of-age. I’m especially drawn to those in-between moments - where grief and humour, truth and myth, all collide.

Whether I’m on screen or behind it, I aim to tell bold stories and build inclusive, intentional spaces for collaboration.
